TRPs and its
effect on the shows are not only crucial for the makers but also for its ardent
fans. Here is a round-up of this week’s ratings of your favourite
shows.
Kundali Bhagya
Kundali Bhagya’s
reign continues this week as well. Zee TV’s popular and most-watched offering
is on No 1 position once again. However, bad news for its spin-off,
Kumkum Bhagya, as it has slipped by one more position this week. In Week 8, it
came down to No 4 from 2 and in Week 9, it further rolled to No 5. Buck up, guys!
Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma
Taarak Mehta Ka
Ooltah Chashmah held on to the second spot this week as well, while Shakti-
Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki was pushed down to No 6 from No 5. The shift is courtesy
Super Dancer 2’s re-entry in the list. The dance reality show, hosted by Shilpa
Shetty, Anurag Basu and Geeta Kapoor grabbed No 3 spot in Week 9.
Rising Star 2
While it was a
sunny day for one reality show, another one had rains in its kitty. Rising
Star, aired on STAR Plus ranked at No 10 this week as compared to its last
week’s position on No 7.
Nimki Mukhiya
Interestingly,
Nimki Mukhiya which made a debut in the top 10, last week, did not rank in the
list in Week 9. The Star Bharat show stars Bhumika Gurung, Abhishek
Sharma and Indraneil Sengupta in lead roles and tells the tale
of carefree, materialistic, narcissist girl Nimki (Bhumika) who accidentally
becomes the Mukhiya (chief) of a village in Bihar and eventually
marries the former chief’s son.
